2 c sugar
4 T flour
1 1/2 melted butter
1/3 c buttermilk
3 eggs
7 oz coconut

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add the rest of ingredients.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake 50 minutes at 325 - Check at 40 minutes.
