4 chicken breasts
2/3 stick butter
1 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
1 small jar sliced mushrooms
4 T flour
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in 4 c water. Melt 1/3 stick butter in skillet, saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms till onion is clear. Add diced chicken. In the large pot you cooked chicken in add to the water the remaining butter, flour whisk. Add cheddar and velveeta cheese. Cook on low heat until the cheese is melted. Add spaghetti. This will make one big dish or you can divide into 2 meals. Can freeze in a ziploc bag. Cook 350 for 30 minutes.
