2 (29 oz) cans cling peach halves 1 c brown sugar packed 1/4 c apple cider vinegar 2 sticks cinnamon 1 tsp whole clove 1 tsp whole allspice
Drain peaches ( reserving juice). Add sugar, vinegar, and spices to reserved peach juice boil 5 minutes. Add peaches and simmer 5 minutes. Allow fruit to stand in pickling syrup overnight. Serve chilled.
