Beat together:
2 c sugar 3 eggs
1 c oil 3 tsp vanilla

Add and stir:

3 c plain flour 3 c grated zucchini
1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt
1 c chopped pecans 1 c raisins (golden)

Directions:

Pour into 2 greased and floured load pans. Batter will not be stiff. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
