2 egg yolks 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 cup melted butter
In blender jar combine 2 egg yolks and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Cover and whirl at high speed until blended. Continue to blend, remove cover and slowly add 1/2 cup melted butter and a dash of salt. Cook until slightly thickened. Especially good with asparagus or broccoli.
