1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
1 small head cabbage, shredded
2 green onions sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 carrot, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, mustard, cider vinegar, and butter in saucepan; mix well. Boil for two minutes, stirring constantly. Chill for several hours. Combine cabbage, onions, green peppers, celery, and carrot in a large bowl; mix well. Add dressing 1 hour before serving time; mix well. Marinate in refrigerator.
