Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about a pound how much spread do you want?).
1 jar pimentos, chopped (large jar).
onion powder, a dash.
garlic powder, a dash.
salt and pepper to taste.
Hellman's mayonnaise, enough to make is smooth.
2 tsp Gulden's mustard (about that much).

Dump all together and mix well. Let it sit overnight so the flavors will meld together. I like more onion in mine than a dash...but Mike doesn't..so I just add a bit to my sandwich.
