6 Mexican ripe avocados, peeled and cut up a bit
6 green onions, clean and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
Dash tabasco sauce
Lemon juice, about 2 Tblsp (to taste for tartness)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mash it together, leaving it a little lumpy. You can add chopped tomato if you like it...but yuk!
Serve right away or store with plastic wrap placed directly atop the dip to seal out air which will darken it.

Mike's mom used to make this for family gatherings and I begged her for her recipe which is so simple and yummy.

Sometimes she would add a little sour cream for smoothness if she had it.
