Soup:
1 lb extra lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 packet taco seasoning
3 cans (14.5oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15oz) hominy, drained
1 can (15oz) chili beans, with juice
Toppings:
tortilla chips
cheese
sour cream
chives

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat, drain.
2. Return meat to heat and add ranch mix, taco seasoning, hominy, and beans.
3. Heat until boiling. May add water to desired consistency.
4. After boiling, lower heat to simmer and cover with lid.
5. Cook for approx 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.
6. Spoon into bowls and add desired toppings.
