2 tbsp. pickles, chopped
1 tsp. chopped olives
1 tbsp. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Blend all ingredients together in bowl.

This is Mom's tartar sauce. She was a terrific cook. She served this with various fish which she bought at Cline's Fish Market in Westfield. I can still remember the smells when we walked in there. CMB
