1 small onion 3 stalks of celery, diced 2 T. butter 2 cups cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1 bag thawed chopped broccoli 1 small jar cheese whiz
Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix soup and milk together, Stir all ingredients together and bake in a greased casserole dish at 350º. for 35 min. This can be made ahead and refrigerated, cooking time will need to be increased.
