1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 oz.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 16 oz. French bread loaf, halved lengthwise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to mix well (will be very thick). Spread half of mixture over each French bread half. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan on each bread half. Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes, until bubbly.
