2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Heat margarine in 10-inch oven-proof skillet or glass pie plate in oven until hot and bubbly. Beat flour, milk, salt and eggs until well blended. Pour into skillet.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edge of pancake is puffed and deep golden brown. Place strawberries in bowl; sprinkle with sugar. Fill pancake with sliced strawberries. Immediately cut into wedges. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping, if desired.
