Zucchini
1 onion
1 tsp butter or oil
1 can chicken or beef broth
salt,pepper & garlic salt
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cube zucchini after washing well
Saute in pan with butter or oil
add 1 chopped onion and 1 can broth
add salt, pepper and garlic salt for taste
simmer to a mush

Puree in blender,then add a pinch of nutmeg
and 1/4 c milk
