2 to 3 lb. chicken (breasts or whole chicken cut into pieces)
1 stick butter
3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Shake chicken in a paper bag with flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat well.

Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Arrange chicken skin-side down in a single layer. Dust with garlic powder. Bake at 400 for 1 hour or until tender.
