4 T flour
1 c milk
2 cubes margarine
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook flour and milk together till it thickens then set aside till cold.

Cream together margarine sugar and vanilla.

Whip both mixtures together till it looks like whip cream. This takes a long time.

This should be stiff enough to use a tube cake decorator to apply the frosting and make it look like a mountain on top of the cupcake or just spread it on a cake.
