1 Chicken, boiled, deboned, & cut up
(conserve the broth)
2 stalks Celery, diced
1 c. Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper, diced
2 c. Corn
1 Onion, diced
2 c. sliced Okra
Salt, Pepper, & Garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients except the chick in a large pot & cook until celery & peppers are tender. Add the chicken & cook until heated through. This is good served over rice.

I like to add a can of small shrimp along with the chicken, but you can also use whatever leftover meats that you may have.
