Place a lettuce leaf on each plate. Place a pineapple ring in the middle of each plate. Dip each banana in lemon juice then halve the bananas and place each half in the middle of the pineapple rings. Top the bananas with a maraschino cherry. Place half of a pineapple ring on the side of the bananas to create a handle.
