1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (28oz) can peeled whole tomatoes
1 (12oz) can tomato paste
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 teaspoon basil leaves
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large package Mozzarella cheese
12 oz lasagna noodles, cooked and well drained
Plus one additional cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In large skillet, cook and stir meat until brown. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, breaking up with fork. Stir in paste, garlic salt, oregano, and basil leaves. Heat to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together cottage cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan. in 9x13 pan, put layer of cooked noodles, then layer of meat sauce, half of cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 package of mozzarella cut into quarters, then rest of noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, Parmesan and rest of mozzarella on top. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. let sit 15 minutes before cutting.
