4 chicken breasts, cooked, chopped into pieces
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
I (10 ounce) can of Rotel
8 ounce shredded Monterey jack cheese
10 corn or flour tortillas, torn into pieces

*Optional: 1 medium onion, grated

Cook chicken breasts and set aside. Stir together sour cream, mushroom soup, and Rotel. Set aside 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1 cup of the sour cream mixture. Rub a small amount of sour cream mixture to grease the bottom of the 9x13 pan. Layer the tortillas, sour cream mixture, chicken and cheese, alternating for two layers each. Finish with the extra sour cream mixture and cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
