1 box Macaroni pasta noodles
1/2 large Velveta cheese block
2 cups shredded cheese (I prefer sharp cheddar or a mixed blend)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Macaroni noodles in a large stock pot and drain. Return noodles to pot and add 1/2 block Velveta cheese cubed, shredded cheese, butter. As it melts, add milk to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.

Memow has always made the joke that she loves cheese so much she could have been a mouse. Through the years of holiday dinners and church potlucks, I have always loved Memow's macaroni and cheese. In recent years, I took over the dish for holiday get-togethers. This isn't Memow's recipe...but it is the cheesiest comfort food you can find.
