riblets or country style ribs-6-8 lbs of meat
garlic-4 pieces chopped(or desired taste)
whole tomatoes-2- 28oz cans
jalapeņo peppers
oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
use cast iron fry pan
add 2 tbsp oil to pan and brown meat and garlic.salt & pepper to taste
In a blender put the whole tomatoes and jalapeņo peppers and mix
pour mixture over meat and let simmer until tender

I usually put this in a large nesco to let simmer & you can also add more sauce if needed
