12-24 graham crackers crushed
3-6 tbsp. melted butter
1-2 tbsp. sugar
1 lbs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
Add 1 tsp. vanilla

1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar and spread in 8x12 pan. Cream the cream cheese well, and add the eggs one at a time by hand, mixing at speed #2. Pour the sugar slowly over the mix, add the vanilla, and blend thoroughly. Bake at 300 for 45-60 minutes, then remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.

For the topping, mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour over cheesecake and return to oven at 300 for 15 minutes.
