2 pounds lean ground meat
2 eggs
2 8 oz can tomato sauce
milk
chopped onion
chopped green peppers
bread crumbs
salt
onion salt
garlic salt
frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a bit of milk in a bowl. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and beat. Add meat and then onion and green pepper and lightly mix. Add salt to taste, and a few bread crumbs. Form into a loaf in pan and pour remaining tomato sauce over meat. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
