1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 sm onion, diced
1 sm red pepper, diced
2 tsp olive oil
1 10 3/4 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
1 16 oz can red kidney beans
1 4 oz can green chilies, peeled and diced
2 14oz cans chicken broth
1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp or l package of taco seasoning
Colby Jack cheese
Taco shells

In skillet with oil add onion and red pepper. Cook until onions are transparent. Add ground turkey and brown. In a pot add green chilies, tomatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add ground turkey mixture to pot. Cook for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and taco shells.

Seasoning can be adjusted to taste. I add ground cayenne red pepper for heat.

Green pepper can replace red pepper.
