8 c. 1/2 inch boiled or baked potato cubes
5 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped dill relish
1/2 c. chopped olives
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt to taste
Ground cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the potato cubes, eggs, pickles, olives, onions, and celery in a large mixing bowl and mix well. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Pour over the potato and egg mixture and gently combine. Refrigerate until ready to use; in fact, it's a good idea to make this salad a day before you serve it.
