Caesar Dressing

1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 - 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Salt, Pepper
3/4 Cup Light Olive Oil


1 Bag (or fresh) Crisp Romaine Lettuce
Croutons
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together all Caesar Dressing ingredients. In a bowl add Romaine Lettuce now pour Caesar Dressing over the top and toss. Add Croutons and Parmesan Cheese and serve.
