Directions:
Cut cube steak into long thin strips. Brown slightly in bacon drippings. Stir occasionally. Thicken with flour. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Place sliced onion, chopped peppers and tomato slices over top of steak. Cover and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes. Pour over pre-cooked hot, fluffy rice. Serve while hot.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Each year when Trey and I get back from deer hunting, I call mom and get this recipe. We do substitute vegetable oil for the bacon drippings, but otherwise it is great for deer meat that has been tenderized.
