Ham Loaf
1 1/2 pounds ground ham
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground veal
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
Brown Sugar Sauce for Ham Loaf
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 3/4 teaspoons dry mustard

Directions:

Ham Loaf
Mix together and form into a loaf like any meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.

Brown Sugar Sauce
Boil ingredients until a thin syrup. Pour fat off ham during the last half hour of baking. Pour syrup over ham - baste twice before removing from oven.
