4 cups Minute Rice
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T. onion flakes
4 cooked chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Minute Rice according to directions adding the onion flakes and bouillon to the water. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and spread 1/2 of the rice into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place cooked chicken on the rice. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and milk and pour over rice and chicken. Spread the mixture out with a fork to evening disperse. Add remaining rice, salt and pepper and cover with mozzarella cheese.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Remove foil and allow the cheese to brown for about 10 minutes.
