4 avacados, peeled and seeded
1 1/2 tomatoes, diced/chopped
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 jalopenos, chopped (leave seeds out to avoid making the dip TOO hot)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 T. lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Using a fork, coarsely mash avacado with lemon juice. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
