"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

4 avacados, peeled and seeded 1 1/2 tomatoes, diced/chopped 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped 2 jalopenos, chopped (leave seeds out to avoid making the dip TOO hot) 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. fresh cilantro 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 2 T. lemon juice Salt and Pepper to taste
Using a fork, coarsely mash avacado with lemon juice. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
