2 egg yolks well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup cream corn
2 egg whites beaten stiffly

Directions:
Directions:
beat egg yolks, add milk, corn and dry ingredients
fold in egg whites, drop mixture by teaspoon in hot grease and fry, 4 or 5 minutes or until brown, drain on paper towel
