1 - 9" unbaked pastry shell
8 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled
6 oz. swiss cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon(I cook mine in the microwave mostly) and cheese into shell. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake until firm and brown 375 for 45 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
Variations: Add 1/2 c. shopped shrimp or cut up pieces of baked ham. ( I would also think a can of crab meat(drained) would be excellent).
