1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and ginger. Mix brown sugar, rolled oats, vegetable oil, milk and egg. Stir in dry mixture. Add walnuts if desired. Bake for 10 minutes at 375.
