2 ripe Avocados, peeled and diced
1 1/2 T. Lemon Juice
1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried Basil
1/4 c. Red Pepper, diced
2 T. Salsa
1 1/2 T. slivered Almonds, chopped
2 T. Green Onion, sliced
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. Cilantro, minced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash one avocado; mix with lemon juice. Add garlic, basil, salt. Dice remaining avocado and fold into mixture with pepper, salsa, onion and almonds. Garnish with sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
