Stalk Celery
1/4 pound rat trap cheese
Chopped pecans
Salad dressing
Olives
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Break off, wash and cut into serving pieces stalk celery. Trim strings from outside. For stuffing grate 1/4 pound rat trap cheese. Chop pecans and add to cheese. Mix with salad dressing until just right for filling cavity in celery. You can add stuffed olives for a varied taste. Also, salt and pepper right for your taste.
