1/2 c. margarine melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
3 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and margarine. Let come to boil and stir constantly for 1 minute. Cool slightly. Add milk and beat until smooth. then beat in powdered sugar and spread on bars and cut.
