1 15 oz can of salmon
8 saltine crackers squares
1 medium onion (chopped fine)
1 egg
1 small bell pepper, diced
Ketchup to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from salmon and reserve juice. Mash and mix all ingredients, adding slight amount of reserved salmon juice to moisten. Roll into round balls. Heat Crisco in skillet. Brown croquettes in skillet until brown. Roll croquettes over and brown other side.
