6 boiled potatoes (cut up)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 (4oz) jar pimientos, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 of onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
