2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 tablespoon flour
1 stick margarine
4 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup coconut
Small can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, corn meal, flour. Cream margarine and eggs. Add to sugar mixture and then add coconut and pineapple. Mix and cook in unbaked pie shell for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
