1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 jar mustard
vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Add vinegar to other ingredients in a 1 quart sauce pan and fill 1/2 full. Cook until thickened stirring constantly. Pour over Pimento cheese when cooled a little.
