7 1/2 pounds pears (peeled and cored)
1 orange (cored, but not peeled)
1 lemon (cored, but not peeled)
1 apple (cored, but not peeled)
1 cup grape juice (or other fruit juice)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 pound seedless raisins
1 pound sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pears and all fruits. Mix other ingredients. Boil two hours and stir to keep from sticking. Pack into hot jars and seal while hot.
