2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons bacon drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and soda together. Stir in eggs and buttermilk. Add drippings. If still too thick, add a little more buttermilk. Drop on hot griddle.
