2T butter
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 10oz pkg spaghetti
3oz cream cheese softened
2 cups sour cream
6 green onions chopped
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with garlic, salt, sugar & pepper in skillet. Add meat and brown. Then add tomato sauce and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.

Cook spaghetti.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Then spray 9 x 13" dish with Pam and layer spaghetti, cream cheese mixture, meat sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
