1 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup grated cheese
7 pods jalapeņo peppers
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cream style corn
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in oblong greased pan at 400 degrees until brown.
