Ground Meat (or soup bone)
Vegetable of choice
One large onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put ground meat in pan. First put water on to boil onions, (use a large onion). Put meat in and cook, add potatoes, carrots, green beans, rice, water and onion together. Add canned tomatoes or tomato sauce.

For Soup Bone Soup: do same except boil soup bone about one hour before adding vegetables.

Notes from 1988 cookbook says take the bone out before adding vegetable. Also, always use leftover veggies from refrigerator or freezer to make it even better.
