½ t. Salt

Directions:
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; eat until fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into butter mixture. Stir in white chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350˚ for 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not over bake; cookies will be soft. They will puff up while baking and flatten upon cooling.) Cool slightly; removed from cookie sheet to wire racks. Cool completely. Makes about 4 ½ dozen.

Personal Notes:
I love these cookies and people think that they are store bought. To make them super soft use half butter half Crisco and I usually use normal chocolate chips since I am not a huge fan of white chocolate!
