1 can of Corn (with juice)
1 can of diced Tomatoes (with juice)
1 pound of cooked ground Meat
1 t. Oregano
Pepper to taste
1 t. Garlic, chopped
Onion, chopped
2 Zucchini, chopped, boiled and drained
1 c. Water
t. Salt

Cook together 1 hour on low heat.

This is from my mission. The Chick family was really poor, but very humble. She used to make this for us every time we came over and we loved it. You can add things as you like, it is a very forgiving soup.
