Heat skillet to medium. Pour in marinade to cover bottom of skillet. Place salmon in marinade. Slice onion on top of salmon. Cook until browned. Turn over and cook until marinade cooks down and salmon is blackened. Serve over coucous. Top w/ sliced lemon.
