6-8 Beef minute steaks
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm pkg portebella mushrooms, cut up
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
1 pkg mushroom gravy mix
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge steaks in flour and cook in large skillet, med low. Add onion and mushrooms and cook until meat is done. Drain. Mix together can mushroom soup, pkg mushroom soup with 1/2 cup wine, 1/2 cup water & pour over meat, simmer all ingredients until thicked, stirring occassionally.
